I recently took newborn photos for our good friends, P&C. (Remember when I did the photos of the baby belly here?) I had to share these pictures of their little one. He's. Too. Darn. Cute! I can't wait until we get to babysit :)

Our New Niece
Seth and I were so excited to hear the good news of the arrival of our first niece, Zia, last week! Sadly, she's all the way across the country on the west coast, so holding & snuggling & smooching are out of the question. Good thing for FaceTime though! We had our first virtual meeting today!! And She. Is. So. Sweet! Our nephew, P, seems totally in love too! I tried to snap a photo with the two of them together, but it didn't surprise me that it came out quite blurry! I wonder if Zia will be as active as P?
Look at that precious face & those sweet little hands! And we got to see a big baby yawn too!!!

This was our Sunday Afternoon
I pretty much didn't do any "work" until this evening and spent the afternoon catching up on blogs and researching random things on the Internet... I did finally paint the drawers I had found weeks ago (I am eventually going to add wheels to them and use them for under the bed storage.)
Hope you had a relaxing weekend. (is it starting to feel like fall anywhere else?)
Tears & Laughter
I cannot stop crying.... I just watched this video on A Cup of Jo, and I had to repost it here. I want to record a story with Seth now... (Seth - start thinking about what stories we might record ;)
And while I'm posting that video, that will make you bawl (sobbing bawl...), I'll share this one that should make you laugh!
Oregon Coast
Our second day in Oregon, we headed west towards the beach. We took the Crescent Beach Trail to a beach that was pretty secluded (the trail, as the sign cautions, was for 'experienced hikers'). The hike was 100% worth it though!
