Our nephew recently joined his Uncle Seth in owning a skateboard. At the young age of 5, he's on his way to being a skater :) We spent the afternoon a couple Sundays back skating and playing in Union Square. Here are a few photos from the day...
I'm pretty sure he'll be doing tricks in no time!! ;)
Seth is a bit like a big child... He climbs and plays. He does cool things that all the other kids want to follow... He forgets that they will mostly copy him, and often, he's off doing things that most parents don't really want their kids trying (nothing too dangerous, of course)... Like sliding down this silver sphere sideways :) As soon as Seth did it once, about 5 kids started trying it too... Only to hear moms all around requesting them not to! He he!

I've always admired skaters! Their balance and coordination are two things I definitely lack!
Better tell daredevil Uncle Seth to buy that boy some additional pads!! He probably thinks Uncle Seth is the greatest!
